We offer several different pricing structures so that you can select the best fit for your meeting. Your options include ; A Complete Meeting Package, a Modified Meeting Package, a Day Meeting package with or without guestrooms or we can provide a proposal offering Ala Carte pricing. Your salesperson would be happy to address which option would work best based on your agenda and budgetary needs. The information below outlines the inclusions in our packages.

What is a CMP/Complete Meeting Package?
A CMP is an "all Inclusive Meeting Package" priced per person, per day that includes everything you need for a successful meeting. The CMP inclusions can vary from property to property. Further details on the inclusions on below, The Wyndham Peachtree's CMP includes the following:

• Communications Package in your Guestroom
• Breakfast, lunch and Dinner in our Terrace Restaurant
• Meeting Space on a 24-hour hold

• Wireless Internet in all public and meeting space

What is a MMP/Modified Meeting Package?
Essentially it is the package above with one or two changes-either an inclusion or removal of items that you won't want/need for your event.

Guestroom Accommodations:
Our spacious guestrooms all feature a balcony with seating so you can enjoy and overlook our 19-acre wooded grounds. Our guestrooms feature either a King bed or 2 double beds. Ask your sales manager about our Suite upgrades.

Communications Package:
This includes all local and domestic long-distance phone calls in addition to both wired and wireless internet in your guestroom.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Our Terrace Restaurant:
Our Terrace Restaurant features an amazing variety of options for all meals. In addition to our bountiful buffet the Restaurant features an action station which offers a la carte options made to order. Click here to see a sample lunch buffet menu.

Meeting Space on a 24-hour hold:
We include your meeting space and breakouts* on a 24-hour hold. This means you won't incur room rental fees or the need to put your work away at the end of the day…your meeting room remains yours until your departure.
*Consult your sales manager regarding how much meeting space/number of breakouts can be included in your CMP- the amount varies depending on the number of guestroom contracted.

Continuous Coffee Breaks from 7am-5pm:
We offer four separate foyers strategically located close to your General Session and Breakouts. Our coffee breaks offer a wide variety of snacks and beverages that are replenished and rotated all day. Starting at 7am, we offer a continental breakfast spread moving throughout the day to afternoon snacks and even an action station with one of our expert chefs ready to create a special treat for your group. Our coffee breaks offer more than 10 snack items and 12 beverages at all times- sure to please each and every attendee in your meeting while eliminating the need to do any menu planning.

Audio Visual Package:
Your group will receive 1 AV Package per every 30 attendees: The Package includes; an LCD Projector, Screen to fit your room, flip chart with markers and either a wired or wireless hand-held microphone.

Wireless Internet in public and meeting space:
The Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center features a DS3 which is equivalent to 29 T1 Lines allowing a large amount of bandwidth for you and your attendees to take advantage of. All meeting space and public space is Wi-Fi ready and included in your CMP.

All Gratuities:
There is no need to tip any servers for meals included in your CMP during your stay with us as all gratuities are included in your CMP.

Dedicated Conference Planner:
We have a team of professional conference planners who are ready to be assigned to your group. Your dedicated conference planner will be your one contact for all of your planning needs at the Wyndham Peachtree. They will handle everything from your guestroom reservations to your departure manifest and will walk with you every step of the way.

What is a DMP/Day Meeting Package?
This is basically the same as a CMP for those that don't need overnight accommodations. The DMP includes the following:

• Lunch in our Terrace Restaurant
• Meeting Space on a 24-hour hold
• Continuous Coffee Breaks from 7am-5pm
• Audio Visual Package
• Wireless Internet in all public and meeting space
• All Gratuities
• Dedicated Conference Planner Assigned to you
