Spotlight Concerts
June 19th, Oh What a Night! A musical tribute to the music of Franki Valli and the Four Seasons. The professional N.Y. cast includes Taylor Buice, Scott Gofta, Chris Murrah and Jared Bradshaw. The musical director and arranger is Aaron Gandy, originally from Fayetteville.
July 2 will bring the “Party Band of the South”, the Swingin’ Medallions back to the Fred. The group’s signature high-energy style delights audiences of all ages. Their act, as well as their music, is indeed timeless. The band was founded in 1962 by John McElrath and now includes his two sons, Shawn and Shane.
July 9 The Fred will again host the World Classic Rockers! This dynamic group is without a doubt the world’s greatest all-star rock n’ roll band featuring original members of Toto, Steppenwolf, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Boston, Journey and Santana!
Also back by popular demand that day will be the World Classic Rockers On-Stage Pass-The Ultimate Rock Fantasy Camp. Local musicians will have the opportunity to apply for a chance to perform on stage that night with the band. September 24, “The Rat Pack is Back” will transform the Fred stage to the Sands Hotel Copa Room, with some of Las Vegas most famous entertainers and their live 12 piece big band. Now in its 11th smash year with over 4500 performances in over 34 states and 3 foreign countries the Rat Pack promises to be favorite for young and old.

Southern Living Idea House
Southern Living Magazine has chosen The Historic Senoia Project Gin Property as the site of its 2010 Idea House.
Construction is underway, and the Idea House is scheduled to be completed and open to the public from June 2010
through December 15th, 2010.

The Dragon Boat Races and International Festival
The fourth annual festival will be held in the latter part of September at the Peachtree City’s Drake Field. It will be a fun-filled day of Dragon boat racing as well as an international festival of food and entertainment.
NASCAR
The Atlanta Motor Speedway, one of the most fan-friendly tracks on the circuit, has great tailgating, features plenty of three wide racing and there’s not a bad seat in the house. Located in Hampton, Ga, just 20 minutes south of Peachtree City.
Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival - September 18 &19, 2010
This will be the 33rd Annual Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival. All arts & crafts must be hand made or hand crafted. Come find jewelry, scarves, mosaic work, pottery, candles, soaps, wood work, plants, and much much more. 100+ vendors, plenty of food and a designated children's area.
Tyrone Founders Day - September 18 & 19, 2010
This year the city of Tyrone will be celebrating the 33rd Founders Day. The theme is "Tyrone, Saluting Our Veterans!" 33 Years of Fun! The Festival will be held at Handley Park. This includes the carnival, vendors, entertainment and fireworks. The car show will be at Shamrock Park. The parade will begin at 11:00am and proceed along Senoia Road from Arrowood Drive to Handley Road, where it will disband.
Great Georgia Airshow - October 9 & 10, 2010
Precision parachuting, gravity-defying jets, thundering jet trucks and vintage warbirds mark the 12th edition of the Great Georgia Airshow to be held at Falcon Field in Peachtree City.

Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center
The Wyndham Peachtree pool is large, but sometimes professionals or hobbyists want a 25-yard competitive swimming pool, and the aquatic center has some open swim hours available at a nominal cost.
