What if we don't want all of the inclusions in the CMP?
Packages do not mean you lose flexibility. Discuss the elements your meeting requires with a sales manager and we can design Pricing or a Package to meet your needs.

What if our attendees pay for their own guestrooms or another part of the meeting?
That is what we refer to as Split Billing of the Package. Simply let us know the dollar amount to be billed to the individual vs. the amount to be billed to the master account and we can take care of it!

I am concerned about dining in a Restaurant. What if I want my group to sit together at our meal functions?
Not only does Conference Dining provide the variety of our hot buffet, salad station, dessert station and action station, we have designed the seating area so each group can be seated together allowing networking and learning to continue through lunch.

What if I want to customize or pick my own menus for my coffee breaks or meals?
We do offer the option of in room breaks (for a surcharge) should your agenda require this. A review of our sample menus will show the variety of our daily break menu exceeds most attendee's expectations. There are many venue options for private meals as well and surcharge menus are available from your conference planner for all meal periods. This surcharge takes into account that your package rate includes an allocation for each meal period keeping the cost of a private meal quite reasonable.

What if we want to go off site for dinner one night?
We understand the need for a group to explore the area and go off property during their stay. We are pleased to offer a dinner credit for the evening the attendees go off site.

What if my group needs more AV than what's included in the package?
The audio visual in the package is designed to cover most meeting needs. Should you require additional equipment, we offer an ala carte audio visual menu. Click here to review the pricing list.

How is your Package different than a Hotels' Package Pricing?
Our Packages are more than simply bundling the pricing of the components. For instance, in most hotel packages, the coffee break inclusion is an AM and PM break. At our property, we offer continuous breaks from 7am-5pm so the attendee not only has variety but the facilitator can break when it works for the session. Our breaks are always stocked and ready.
Lunch is another key difference – in the hotel package the lunch is usually a plated meal or a limited buffet option. Our menus offer two hot entrees, starch, vegetables, action stations, salad bar, dessert station and much more. Our lunch is also available between 11:30am and 1:30pm giving you the freedom to break when it works best in the agenda rather than a specific time planned in advance.

What does IACC Certified mean to me and my group?
Outside the value and variety of Food & Beverage in the CMP, an IACC certified facility is the similar to a STAR or AAA rating for the meetings industry. This certification means we meet or exceed the required physical elements defined by IACC such as ergonomic chairs, hard writing surface tables, in room temperature controls and lighting, hard walls versus air walls in majority of the meeting space, built in audio visual and more. Our staff members are also meeting specialists whose focus is on the needs of the group attendee. We know what it takes to make a successful meeting and how to handle the details seamlessly that will enable you to focus on the content of the meeting.
